At times, there are some parts of the image which are a blur. The question now is how to get rid of the blur without disturbing the other areas of the image? So, here is a small tutorial on how to remove image blur without disturbing the other area of the image using Photoshop!

Duplicate the layer
Open the image in Photoshop. Next, use the shortcut Ctrl+J to duplicate the layer.

Applying the high pass filter
Go to the ‘Filter’ menu, select ‘Others’, and then ‘High Pass’.For images with a width of fewer than 1600 pixels, keep the radius between 10-20 pixels. For images with a width of 1600-2500 pixels, keep the radius between 20-30 pixels. For images with higher resolution, keep the radius between 30-50 pixels.

Change the blend mode
Go to the Layer window. Change the blend mode to ‘Hard Light’.

Add Layer Mask
Go to the ‘Layer’ window. Keep the foreground color to ‘Black’. Next, select the brush tool from the tool panel and start brushing the required area in the image.
As per the requirement, you can set the values of opacity. And then, the final image is ready!
